@ati070 it means "dumbass or stupid", it actually is from Cantonese, but we use that a lot in Malaysia
When you see your friend doing funny things, you can laugh and point to him and say, 索嗨
It's a good word to jeer on friends, or yell to someone you don't like but when he didn't see you
